4. Service-Specific Terms (The Zosa Ecosystem)
We maintain distinct processes for The Curator’s Club.
The Curator’s Club is our monthly mail subscription club that requires a monthly subscription to join. The Curator’s Club maintains tactile integrity by sending out monthly editions using traditional stamps, it does not include digital tracking. The sign up cycle for The Curator’s Club closes on the 23rd of each month for the following month’s edition. Memberships may be gifted by providing recipient details to atelier@zosa.world
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:
a. in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or interferes with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Website;
b. in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, governmental order;
c. making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of Content protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.

We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.

Any use of our Website outside of these Terms of Use is an infringement of our Rights. We reserve all rights and remedies available of such infringement.
10. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via UPS (international) and Royal Mail (UK). Please note the delivery times stated on our Website are estimates.
Items are shipped to the address you provide for us, it is your responsibility to make sure you have shared the right address these cannot be modified, ZOSA WORLD LIMITED cannot be held liable for lost orders related to an incorrect address or incomplete information entered on an order.
Once the order has been processed and sent to the courier, an e-mail will be sent to the client notifying him/her of the orders dispatch. The order will be sent to the delivery address that the client has provided. Once an order has been dispatched for shipping, ZOSA WORLD LIMITED is no longer held liable for the package, the package is liable to the courier delivering it to the customer.
The client will be able to track the progress of their order. The liability of the items of ZOSA WORLD LIMITED will be transferred to the client once the order has been delivered.
11. Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are not permitted for The Curator’s Club pieces.
In the instance that a piece arrives faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for alerting the customer services team via atelier@zosa.world. Customers have a 24 hour window from the date of delivery to alert us that the piece is damaged or faulty. If this term is met, this issue may be resolved with you receiving a free delivery of another version of the same piece. Once a customer has reached out to our customer services team, at atelier@zosa.world, providing evidence demonstrating the extent of the damage, and the team will be willing and able to help you resolve this matter.
12. Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy

13. Events beyond our control
We will not be liable for failure or delay in performance of our obligations under an Agreement that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. These events include any act, event, failure, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, such as the following:

- War, the threat of war, or the preparation for war
- The inability to use trains, ships, aircrafts or any other means of transportation
