What is the Curator’s Club?

The Curator’s Club is ZOSA’s monthly mailed edition: a curated envelope of collectible printed matter, studio ephemera, and keepsakes connected to the world of ZOSA.

How does the sign-up period work?

Join by the 28th of any month to receive the following month’s edition.
Each edition is mailed during the first week of the following month.

Example:
If you join between April 1 and April 28, your first shipment will be the May edition, mailed during the first week of May.
If you subscribe after April 28, your first shipment will be the June edition.

How is the Curator’s Club delivered?

Curator’s Club editions are sent by post as stamped mail. To keep the format intimate and the membership cost accessible, these deliveries do not include courier tracking.

How long will it take to receive my mail?

Once your edition has been mailed, estimated delivery times are:

UK: up to 7 business days

International: up to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service.

What happens if my edition arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?

If your edition arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at atelier@zosa.world with your order number and any relevant photos.

If an item appears to be lost or unusually delayed, we will review the matter case by case.

How will I be billed?

Your subscription is billed automatically each month using the payment method entered at checkout. You can cancel anytime through your account. To avoid being billed for the next edition, please cancel before your next billing date / before the monthly cutoff date.

How can I make changes to my address or subscription?

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account. There, you’ll be able to update your shipping details, payment method, and subscription settings.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent future renewals.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What is the cancellation policy?

The Curator’s Club is a recurring monthly subscription for collectible mailed editions.

Because each edition is prepared in limited quantities and fulfilled on a monthly cycle, cancellations apply to future renewals only. Once an edition has been billed and entered preparation or dispatch processing, it is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before your next billing or processing date. If mail is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, re-shipping charges may apply.

Can I gift a Curator’s Club membership?

Yes. You can gift a monthly or yearly membership.

After purchasing, please email atelier@zosa.world with the recipient’s name and shipping address so we can arrange it correctly.

Made-to-Order

Size Guide

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How long will it take for my made-to-order piece to be shipped?

Once a made-to-order order has been processed, it takes our team of seamstresses and artisans 4 weeks to create your piece, allowing for quiet & disciplined craftmanship.

As soon as the piece is finished, it is processed and handed to the courier service to be safely shipped to you.

In this process, you are consistently sent emails to update you on the progress of your piece, along with estimated delivery dates.

Can I change or cancel my made-to-order request?

You have a 48 hour window to change or cancel your made-to-order request, as that is the order processing window.

After the 48 hour window, production of the piece has started, so it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Please note that we do not allow refunds, in any capacity, with made-to-order pieces.
