Shipping
ZOSA offers three different fulfilment types: Curator’s Club, Atelier Ready, and Made to Order. Because each one works differently, shipping times will vary depending on what you order.
Curator’s Club
Subscribby the 27th of the month to receive the following month’s edition.
Each edition is mailed during the first week of the following month.
For example, if you subscribe between March 1st and March 27th, your first shipment will be the April edition, mailed during the first week of April. If you subscribe after March 27th, your subscription will begin with the May edition.
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
UK: please allow up to 7 business days
International: please allow up to 14–21 business days
Curator’s Club editions are sent via standard stamped letter post and are not tracked. This helps keep the club accessible, preserves the sentiment of real post, and supports the monthly rhythm of fulfilment.
Atelier Ready
Atelier Ready pieces are garments or objects that have already been completed, or are held in limited ready-to-ship quantity. They do not require full production after purchase, so they can be dispatched more quickly than Made to Order pieces.
Please allow 2–5 business days for Atelier Ready orders to be processed and dispatched.
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
UK: 1–3 business days
International: 7–14 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Made to Order
Made to Order pieces are produced after purchase. This means your order enters the studio workflow once placed and is then processed, logged, cut, sewn, pressed, finished, packaged, and dispatched with care. Your shipping workflow documents also show that garments are folded neatly, wrapped in satin cloth, placed in a garment box, and sent with a brand card.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for Made to Order pieces to be completed before dispatch.
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
UK: 1–3 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Because each piece is prepared individually, production times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods. Your workflow also notes that delivery timing may be communicated by email as part of the fulfilment process.
Packaging
ZOSA orders are packaged with care as part of the fulfilment process. Your garment workflow states that clothing orders are folded neatly, wrapped in satin cloth, placed in a garment box, and finished with a brand card before dispatch.
International shipping
International deliveries may be subject to customs processing depending on the destination country. Your workflow specifically notes that international shipments may require CN22 or CN23 customs declarations, and that VAT, duties, or delivery charges may apply. It also notes that parcels may be held if these charges are not paid.
Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ZOSA cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
For subscription orders, any address changes should be made before the next monthly shipping cycle closes.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us through the contact page and include your full name, order email, and shipping address so we can look into it for you.
